GUARANTEE POLICY:

• A deposit of the first night room rate, and applicable taxes will be taken from the Credit card on file, 3 days before your arrival after 4pm (excluding special rates or promotions that require pre-payment).
• A refundable deposit of $200 for incidentals (bar consumption, room or property damage) will be placed on the Credit card on file at check in time, in the event that the guest does not use the total or partial amount, hotel will release this hold to the guest credit card. Amount will show in 5–6-business days post check-out.
• No cash will be accepted as deposit for incidentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Each rate plan has defined cancellation polices as you proceed further into the booking
• Advance Purchase Rates are fully prepaid, non-changeable, and non-refundable. If you have to cancel an Advance Purchase Rate or in the event that you do not arrive on the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation shall be forfeited.
  Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay, if you choose to depart early, price is subject to change
• A State Tax of 7%, Occupancy Tax 6% will apply to each reservation

PET POLICY – DOGS:

• Dogs of 30lb or less are welcome to stay at the hotel in the designated Pet Friendly Rooms. Max dogs in room: 2, Max total weight 60lb.
• A non-refundable fee of $85 + tax nightly will be charged to the guest account
  Pet etiquette must be filled at check in time
• Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs.
• Certified service dogs that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above

PARKING:

• Parking is available on-site (1 car per suite) and is included with the Resort fee.
• In the event of bringing an additional car, please get in touch with the hotel directly for availability, a charge of $25 + tax per night will apply.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Age Policy: Guest registering must be 21 years old. Proof of age must be presented at check in time.
• Pack & Play can be provided by the hotel under request; a charge of $25 + tax per night will apply.
• Daily Resort Fee – $35.00 + tax Includes:
  • 2 Bottles of water per room upon arrival
  • In Suite Gourmet Cookies upon arrival
  • Wireless Internet in common areas
  • In Suite Coffee – Keurig
  • Pool Towels
  • Use of Chairs and umbrellas in our private beach area located in front of the pool.
